The delivery times may vary depending on the location, but we will do our best to ensure it reaches its destination within a maximum of 5 business days.
There may be local taxes and duties for your order depending on the destination country. If we are able to calculate these fees for you, they will be added to the total before you complete your order. For the countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Send your returns with a shipping service of your choice; the shipping cost is at your expense. Remember that the package must be sent back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within thirty (30) days from the date on which you received them from www.brouillard.co.
Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within thirty (30) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice.
Once we receive the returnet product (s) you can choose to exchange it for another brouillard product (s) for the same product if it’s defective, or we can refund your money if you prefer.
